I started my career in health care over 30 years ago as a nutritionist before becoming a nurse in 2000. I moved to the valley in 2003 and worked as a nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator for 11 years before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. As a Certified Diabetes Educator, I have worked with patients of all ages to manage their diabetes as an insulin pump trainer and dietitian. I provide primary care for patients with respect to their individual needs to achieve optimal health and well-being. I have worked full time in Internal Medicine for the past 9 years building trust and meaningful relationships with patients. In addition to diabetes management, I provide bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and nutritional education. I strive to treat each patient as an individual with special needs and concerns. I have lived in the northwest most of my life and enjoy snow skiing, camping, horse back riding; especially packing into the wilderness with family.  

I have been in the nursing field for over 21 years, initially graduating from Lewis-Clark State College with my Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2002. In 2007 I graduated from Idaho State University with my Master’s in Nursing. I have practiced full-time since 2007 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I enjoy the clinical aspects of my job and find the challenges rewarding, but also really enjoy the relationships that are built with my patients. I have special interests in nutrition, weight management, and exercise. In my practice, I have placed emphasis on lifestyle modification, which I feel is the most important route for one to take to achieve good health. I was raised in Kamiah, Idaho, and enjoy the small-town culture. Outside of my career, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Hobbies include horseback riding, camping, and boating. I also keep a very busy home life taking care of and enjoying my dogs, cats, and chickens.

My name is Mark Mitchell Roubidoux and I have been in the nursing field for over 15 years. After graduating from LCSC nursing school I began working in the Intensive Care Unit at St Joe's Hospital. After a few years I began traveling throughout the country working in different ICUs that specialized in cardiac and neuro. After graduating from Nurse Practitioner school, I spent 2 years in the Quick Care at Gritman and currently work in the Neurosurgery department. Throughout my time as a provider, I have been able to see many different types of patients and I am excited to bring my experience, knowledge and skills to Clearwater Health and Wellness. Along with my colleagues my emphasis is on lifestyle modification, which I feel is important to achieving good health. I was raised in Lewiston, Idaho and truly enjoy where I live. My hobbies include boating, skiing and generally being outdoors!
